After examining the history of the building, we understand that the current Hôtel de Nevers is the remnant of a complex that once constituted an entire block. Separated from the rest of the building, it underwent numerous changes over the years, but although it is now attached to its new block, its street façade remains a gable formed by the obstruction caused by the previous division. The aim of this exercise was to survey the entire mansion (facades, plans, sections, etc.), carry out a structural assessment and propose a restoration plan.
